To activate or maintain your verified agent status, you must submit:
- A valid Government-issued Photo ID (e.g., National ID or Passport)
- A valid Driver’s License (optional, for additional verification)
- A Business License or Registration Certificate
- Official business address and contact details
For Customers (Buyers/Sellers):
To ensure authenticity and prevent fraud, you may be asked to provide:
- A valid Government-issued Photo ID (e.g., National ID, Passport, or Driver’s License)
- Proof of Address (utility bill, rent agreement, etc.)
2. Verification Process
- Upload Documents Securely
Use only the official 99LAND website (www.99land.com) or mobile app to upload your documents.
Avoid sharing documents through unofficial links, emails, or social media. - Review & Approval
- Our compliance team reviews all documents manually.
- Verification typically takes 24–48 hours.
- You’ll be notified once your profile is approved or if additional information is required.
- Verified Badge
After successful verification, a Verified Badge will appear on your profile, helping users identify trusted agents and genuine property listings.
3. Data Privacy & Security
- All submitted documents are encrypted and stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- 99LAND does not share personal documents with third parties except when required by law or for verification purposes.
- Users can request data removal by contacting our support team.
4. Safety Precautions for Agents & Customers
For Agents:
- Never share your verification login credentials or OTP with anyone.
- Keep your business license and ID information up to date.
- Report suspicious users or fake listings immediately to admin@99land.com.
For Customers:
- Always verify the 99LAND Verified Badge before dealing with an agent.
- Never make payments outside official or verified channels.
- Do not share your ID or personal details via social media or messaging apps.
- If any agent requests extra verification documents outside 99LAND, do not comply and report it.
5. Reporting & Support
If you suspect misuse of your documents or encounter suspicious activity:
